Creative Digital Asset Administrator

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect final graphic files for print and production compliance, including resolution and color fidelity
• Collaborate with Design and Project Management teams to evaluate project readiness
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to inspect, verify, and support graphic asset preparation
• Catalog, archive, and maintain final graphic artwork within the OpenText Media Manager (OTMM) system
• Manage the secure distribution of digital assets including packaging, photography, and marketing materials
• Respond to high volumes of asset requests from internal and external collaborators
• Conduct audits to verify asset integrity and availability
• Optimize asset findability using metadata, keywords, and archiving practices

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Project Management, Communications, DAM, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic production, packaging artwork, or DAM/CMS systems
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of print production and prepress processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management Systems (CMS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data architecture and the end-to-end asset lifecycle
• Understanding of content stewardship principles and metadata standards
