Creative Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with directors, designers, and artists to create high-quality look development, concept designs, and animations
• Utilize traditional design software such as Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere
• Utilize cutting-edge tools including ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, LoRA, Flux, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Dall-e, and Runway
• Explore and integrate emerging tools and techniques into the creative pipeline
• Participate in R&D initiatives to test new latent space tools and adapt workflows
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends in machine learning and digital artistry
• Provide technical expertise and creative solutions to complex visual challenges

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Generalist or similar role in the media industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and direction
• Proficiency in diffusion-based image generation
• Demonstrated interest and experience in neural networks and machine learning for digital content creation
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in video editing, sound design, 2D/3D animation, or photography
