Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality creative assets across branding, campaigns, social, digital, and event content
• Create both static and motion assets to a premium standard
• Translate strategic ideas into visually compelling creative and visual storytelling
• Help evolve and maintain visual systems across multiple brands and touchpoints
• Work closely with creative directors, strategists, editors, and wider marketing teams
• Design for modern platforms with a strong understanding of social-first content
• Explore and integrate new creative tools, workflows, and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a design or multidisciplinary creative role
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and motion work
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout, and color
• Strong understanding of motion design principles and animation pacing
• Proficiency in presentation tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
• Understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows (e.g., Midjourney)
• Experience within the events, entertainment, or technology sectors
• Experience creating content for large-scale screens or immersive environments
