Responsibilities

• Designing social media content, digital campaigns, and marketing materials across all Star brands
• Creating event and conference assets including presentations, signage, and promotional materials
• Designing UI/UX for StarCert and StarSpaces digital products using Claude Design and other AI tools
• Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across four distinct brand identities
• Producing high volumes of creative output efficiently through AI-powered workflows
• Collaborating closely with the communications, marketing, and product teams
• Continuously exploring new AI design tools and improving your creative process

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital content, brand design, and UI/UX work
• AI-native creative process using AI tools as the core of workflow
• Sharp aesthetic sensibility
• Ability to work across multiple brand personalities and audiences simultaneously
• Experience with UI/UX design including wireframing, user flows, and interface design
• Strong command of digital formats including social media, web, presentations, and print
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent used alongside AI tools
• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
