Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Design social media content, digital campaigns, and marketing materials across all Star brands
• Create event and conference assets including presentations, signage, and promotional materials
• Design UI/UX for StarCert and StarSpaces digital products using Claude Design and other AI tools
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across four distinct brand identities
• Produce high volumes of creative output efficiently through AI-powered workflows
• Collaborate closely with communications, marketing, and product teams
• Continuously explore new AI design tools to improve the creative process

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital content, brand design, and UI/UX work (mandatory)
• An AI-native creative process where AI tools are the core of your workflow
• Experience with UI/UX design including wireframing, user flows, and interface design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent tools used alongside AI
• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
• Ability to work across multiple brand personalities and audiences simultaneously
• Sharp aesthetic sensibility and strong command of digital formats
