Creative Designer/Senior Creative Designer – eLearning

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for eLearning and digital learning, including WBTs, CBTs, simulations, infographics, and microlearning modules.
• Develop instructional videos with audio syncing, transitions, text animations, and branded visuals.
• Create immersive content such as 360° images, AR/VR-ready layouts, and responsive learning visuals.
• Build custom templates and themes in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 adhering to brand and accessibility standards.
• Utilize AI platforms like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Runway ML to accelerate creativity and prototyping.
• Support avatar-based video production using tools like Synthesia or Colossyan.
• Partner with Art Directors, Instructional Designers, and Developers to translate storyboards into compelling visual narratives.
• Ensure all deliverables meet technical requirements including SCORM/xAPI compliance and WCAG accessibility guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in digital media, eLearning, or multimedia production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition).
• Expert experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
• Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration.
• Deep knowledge of mobile-first, responsive, and accessible design (WCAG 2.1).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma, Canva Pro, Camtasia, or Vyond.
• Familiarity with 360° media tools such as Adobe Aero, Marzipano, or Pano2VR.
• Experience with gamification, motion graphics, or learning analytics.
• Ability to work effectively within diverse, international teams.
