Responsibilities

• Own and maintain marketing assets such as campaigns, ads, social posts, and carousels
• Create and update sales materials including decks, one-pagers, brochures, and banners
• Translate product/business concepts and data into clear, compelling visuals
• Work closely with Marketing and Growth to improve performance through design
• Continuously refine existing assets as requirements evolve
• Contribute to event, print, and campaign collateral when needed
• Use AI tools to explore, accelerate, and enhance design output

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in creative, graphic, or communication design
• Proven hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney
• Portfolio containing at least 6 complete projects showing design reasoning
• Ability to work across multiple formats including web, social, sales, branding, print, and animation
• Strong fundamentals in layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color
