Creative Designer & Content Lead

Responsibilities

• Design visual content for social media, presentations, one-pagers, and event materials
• Ensure visual consistency with Saudi Bridge brand identity
• Write and refine content for social media, thought leadership, and partnership announcements
• Translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and credible messaging
• Develop monthly content plans aligned with business priorities
• Propose content themes, post types, and narratives
• Coordinate content around partnerships, programs, events, and strategic milestones
• Support event-related content and work with leadership to anticipate needs
• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers if required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, design, or creative roles
• Strong design skills in Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar
• Strong writing skills in both English and Arabic
• Proven ability to plan and manage content calendars
• Experience working in startups, scale-ups, or fast-moving organizations
• Strong sense of brand, structure, and visual storytelling
• Ability to operate as a self-starter without heavy supervision
