Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with brand guidelines
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for web, social media, email, and print
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate requirements into visual solutions
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics
• Ensure high-quality output and conduct design quality assurance across various channels
• Utilize industry-standard software to deliver assets in multiple formats

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Approximately 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing and social media
• A strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects and styles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Strong communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
