Creative Design Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Own design projects from early concept through final delivery, keeping timelines, details, and quality on track
• Create polished visual work across digital and print including ad units, social content, email, web, and landing pages
• Build and apply design systems and templates to ensure brand consistency
• Translate creative briefs into thoughtful design solutions that support strategy
• Design with usability and accessibility best practices in mind
• Develop layouts, wireframes, and user flows to clarify structure
• Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive work
• Present work clearly to clients and internal teams, tying visuals back to goals
• Manage feedback and make revisions while protecting the integrity of the idea
• Use performance insights and modern tools, including AI, to streamline production

Requirements

• Strong design fundamentals in composition, typography, and layout
• Experience designing across various formats including print, web, email, and paid media
• Ability to translate briefs into multiple visual options
• Confidence in presenting design choices to both creative and non-creative partners
• Familiarity with accessibility and usability principles
• Proficiency in modern design workflows and tools
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
