Creative Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Own BJAK’s UK brand identity across all platforms, including tone of voice and visual systems
• Build a UK-first brand narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market dynamics
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns that drive awareness, trust, and growth
• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary UK creative team
• Build and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability
• Partner with UK growth, product, and leadership teams to iterate and optimize creative work

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns
• Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
• Experience building or localising brands specifically for the UK market
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
