Responsibilities

• Elevate brand equity and campaign performance by leading a high-velocity creative team
• Establish design excellence and redefine visual standards for retail and financial product launches
• Scale creative production by building modular campaign design systems and asset libraries
• Architect the AI design layer by integrating AI-assisted workflows into production
• Unify cross-channel brand voice through robust creative governance and review processes
• Mentor and upskill the design squad on advanced design craft and AI fluency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading creative design teams in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups
• Proven track record of producing breakthrough creative work across OOH, digital, retail, and social formats
• Experience designing for financial products or retail campaigns with a focus on trust and conversion
• Proficiency in integrating AI tools into active design production workflows
• Strong systems thinking with experience building modular design frameworks or systems
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, high-velocity environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing external partnerships with freelancers or agencies
• Ability to translate complex briefs from brand strategy, performance marketing, and product teams into unified visual identities
