Creative Coordinator - Social

Responsibilities

• Assist with the tracking and management of production workflows and schedules for a high volume of assets
• Coordinate production tasks for social-first, short-form, and high-volume content including video and motion graphics
• Support outreach with influencers, talent, and social media partners
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and budget tracking

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a production role focused on social media and content production
• Understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and engagement best practices
• Familiarity with video production, editing processes, and post-production workflows
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Smartsheet is a plus
