Creative Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Bring the Global Brand Strategy to life across the UK and Europe for the House of Tequila
• Capture consumer trends and insights for key growth markets to inform the Global team
• Integrate closely with UK and Mexico teams on communications planning, content strategy, and creative execution
• Drive creative leadership from vision to execution, supporting brand plans, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Lead the amplification of global assets within local markets
• Manage agency partners and oversee project lifecycles, including budget tracking and performance assessments
• Define scopes of work for ATL and BTL initiatives to ensure nimble and effective market execution
• Ensure internal visibility of creative content across the Pernod Ricard organization

Requirements

• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Extensive marketing experience within global brands or major FMCG companies
• Experience in a digital or advertising agency as an account leader
• Proven experience in both digital and traditional media production
• Strong agency and partner management skills
• Ability to develop clear, impactful creative briefs
• Solid analytical thinking and business insight
• Strong understanding of digital media and youth culture trends
• Experience in events or experiential marketing is a plus
