Creative Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Shape the creative expression of Lillet and Ramazzotti in Germany to ensure brand relevance and distinction.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns, social-first content, and creative activations across multiple consumer touchpoints.
• Transform strategic objectives into bold ideas and engaging storytelling in collaboration with Brand, Digital, and Communications teams.
• Lead creative briefing and agency collaboration, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards.
• Monitor cultural trends, consumer insights, and emerging opportunities in lifestyle, food, fashion, and entertainment.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a creative, communications, or digital agency, or an in-house brand/marketing role.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, social trends, and contemporary culture.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to turn insights into impactful execution.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within FMCG, premium brands, lifestyle, or beverage categories.
