Responsibilities

• Develop and lead end-to-end content strategy across all digital channels including social, website, and newsletters
• Define storytelling frameworks, brand narratives, and content pillars aligned with business goals
• Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of high-quality content such as social posts, articles, and videos
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and videographers to bring creative ideas to life
• Lead the content engine for marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
• Oversee content direction for online and offline community initiatives
• Work with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to expand reach
• Track content performance metrics and conduct data-driven analysis to inform strategy

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or digital marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to craft compelling narratives across written, visual, and video formats
• Deep understanding of social media, content distribution, and digital storytelling
• Experience managing content creators, freelancers, or cross-functional creative teams
• Familiarity with community platforms like Discord, Facebook Groups, and LinkedIn
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact content with measurable results
