Creative Concept Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative concepts for luxury weddings, corporate events, and experiential activations
• Transform client briefs into compelling visual narratives, including mood boards, sketches, and presentations
• Create creative directions that bring ideas to life through strong spatial design and branding
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and business development teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in conceptual design, creative design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts for events, exhibitions, branding, or marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Excellent visual storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of branding, spatial design, and customer experience
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related discipline preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D design software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp
• Previous experience in events, experiential marketing, or creative agencies
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and production processes
