About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative concepts for luxury weddings, corporate events, and experiential activations
- Transform client briefs into compelling visual narratives through mood boards, sketches, and presentations
- Create creative directions that bring ideas to life
- Collaborate with design, production, and business development teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in conceptual design or creative design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work for events, exhibitions, branding, or marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of branding, spatial design, and customer experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Architecture, or Graphic Design preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D design software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp
- Previous experience in events, experiential marketing, or creative agencies
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and production processes
