Creative & Communication Designer

About the Company

MET France is the French subsidiary of the MET Group, a major player in the energy sector operating in 23 European countries and Asia. The group operates across the entire energy value chain, including production, trading, distribution, asset management, and supply to end customers.

Responsibilities

• Imagine and produce creative concepts for brand and acquisition campaigns
• Create impactful visuals for social media, landing pages, and advertisements
• Design user experiences and journeys for websites, client spaces, and subscription processes
• Create CRM content including emailings, newsletters, and nurturing campaigns
• Manage social media communication on LinkedIn and Facebook
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to maximize campaign impact (acquisition, conversion, and retention)
• Monitor, test, and optimize performance through A/B testing and engagement tracking
• Write web content such as articles and blog posts with a focus on SEO
• Design internal and external communication materials like presentations and brand platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BAC +3/4) in creative marketing, design, communication, or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is appreciated
• Excellent written communication skills in French
• Operational English proficiency
• Strong sensitivity to design, branding, and storytelling
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn and Facebook
• Understanding of digital campaign mechanics (social, CRM, acquisition)
• Proficiency in creation tools such as Canva, Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Office
• Creative mindset and proactive approach
