Creative & Communication Designer

Responsibilities

• Imagine and produce creative concepts for brand and acquisition campaigns
• Create impactful visuals for social media, landing pages, and advertisements
• Design user experiences and journeys for the website, client area, and subscription processes
• Develop CRM content including emailings, newsletters, and nurturing sequences
• Manage social media communication with engaging content on LinkedIn and Facebook
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to maximize campaign impact across acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Monitor, test, and optimize performance through A/B testing and engagement tracking
• Write web content such as articles and blog posts with a focus on SEO improvement
• Design internal and external communication materials, including presentations and brand platforms

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BAC +3/4 degree in creative marketing, design, communication, or an equivalent university program
• Excellent written communication skills in French and operational English
• Proficiency in design and collaboration tools including Canva, Figma, Miro, and Pack Office
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn and Facebook
• Solid grasp of digital campaign mechanics (social, CRM, and acquisition)
• High sensitivity to design, branding, and storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar creative or marketing role
• A portfolio showcasing your design and creative work
