Creative Command Center Lead

Responsibilities

• Translate research, social listening, and cultural intelligence into clear, creator-facing briefs
• Define trending narratives, creative hooks, tone guidance, and suggested formats for creators
• Liaise with third-party influencer activation agencies for recruitment and onboarding
• Review creator scripts and outlines to offer guidance on framing and platform-native execution
• Monitor reach, engagement, and sentiment to compile performance readouts
• Document best practices and templates to refine the Creator Command Center model

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in digital media, creator partnerships, influencer strategy, or rapid-response communications
• Deep fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ecosystems
• Proven ability to translate complex issues into compelling narrative and creative direction
• Strong writing and synthesis skills for short-form briefs
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in political, issue-based, or movement communications
• Familiarity with topics such as democracy, diversity, fairness, or climate resilience
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or small company environment
