Creative and Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a creative team of 6 graphic designers and 3 video editors.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into clear creative briefs and timelines.
• Plan and prioritize workloads across multiple global events and campaigns simultaneously.
• Own the visual identity and ensure brand consistency across all events and channels.
• Review and approve key deliverables including social ads, landing pages, and video cuts.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Event teams across Dubai, India, and LATAM.
• Set up and improve creative processes, including briefing, feedback loops, and asset management.
• Mentor team members through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of design experience, with 2–3 years in a team lead, art director, or creative lead role.
• Strong background in marketing, campaign, and brand design.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 4–5 creatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-based work (social media, ads, email, and event visuals).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services, fintech, trading, or crypto sectors.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of motion design and video workflows.
• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones.
