Creamer Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, specifically purity filling equipment, safely and efficiently
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and aseptic controls without deviation
• Collect product samples and perform routine testing to ensure quality specifications and seal integrity
• Set up portion control materials, coders, and perform equipment change-overs, CIP/SIP, and clean-up
• Identify and communicate out-of-specification product conditions using established protocols
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Operate lift trucks safely and perform routine equipment adjustments
• Adhere to all GMP, Food Safety, and occupational health and safety procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy experience preferred)
• Working understanding of food manufacturing standards including SQF, HACCP, and GMP
• Ability to obtain lift truck (Powered Industrial Truck) certification
• Strong math, computer, and data entry skills
• Ability to lift up to 40-lbs frequently throughout a shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 facility, including rotating shifts, weekends, or nights
