About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and strengthen institutional strategies for the prevention of gender violence, inclusion, and diversity at the Guadalajara campus.
- Attend to and follow up on cases related to gender violence, discrimination, and human dignity, ensuring compliance with institutional protocols.
- Execute preventive programs covering topics such as human dignity, disability, gender equity, sexual orientation, and ethnic/cultural origin.
- Provide guidance, counseling, and accompaniment to the community to build a safe and violence-free environment.
- Document quantitative and qualitative indicators related to cases within the assigned region.
- Promote a culture of reporting and participate in regional and national projects.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Postgraduate studies in psychology, human rights, gender studies, or related fields.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of projects with a gender perspective.
- Experience working with intersectional and human rights perspectives.
- Strong skills in service orientation, collaboration, proactivity, and continuous learning.
