CRDH Service Point Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Implement and strengthen institutional strategies for the prevention of gender violence, inclusion, and diversity at the Monterrey campus.
• Attend to and follow up on cases related to gender violence, discrimination, and human dignity, ensuring compliance with institutional protocols.
• Execute the service model for the general community, providing guidance, counseling, and accompaniment.
• Develop and implement preventive programs covering topics such as disability, gender equity, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, and harassment.
• Document quantitative and qualitative indicators for cases within the assigned region.
• Promote a culture of reporting and foster a safe, respectful campus community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Rights, Gender Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in the design and implementation of projects with a gender and human rights perspective.
• Expertise in intersectional perspectives.
• Strong service orientation and collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
