CRC Technician

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collect calibration tools across the site that are due or overdue for calibration
• Manage the disposition of tools by performing in-house calibrations or coordinating with external vendors
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to out-of-tolerance equipment
• Track the lifecycle, certifications, and documentation of calibration tools, including RFID labeling
• Perform basic maintenance on RFID cabinets and escalate complex repairs to vendors
• Maintain in-house certification functions for tools such as Torque, Multi-Meters, Scales, and Calipers
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide peer training
• Monitor systems for incoming spare parts and manage equipment parts for transport
• Ensure part quality through proper handling and utilize PDA and EMS systems

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a technical or mechanical discipline or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of metrology and electrical/mechanical principles
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different departments and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in calibration
