CRC Supervisor - Heavy Machinery

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engine and hydraulic repair activities within the workshop
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor overall performance
• Diagnose complex engine and hydraulic system issues
• Ensure all repairs meet strict quality, safety, and operational standards
• Coordinate warranty repairs, claims, and PSP-related activities
• Plan and optimize the use of manpower, tools, and workshop resources
• Maintain accurate workshop records and technical reports
• Enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance and repair
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
• Familiarity with warranty processes and PSP coordination
• Strong problem-solving and resource planning skills
• Solid understanding of workshop safety standards
