Crane Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes under general supervision to lift, position, and place materials or large objects.
• Manipulate crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement.
• Follow written, verbal, or signal instructions, including signals from helpers.
• Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Start and stop crane controls according to operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of six months of experience with overhead crane operation.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions carefully in a fast-paced industrial environment.
