About the role
Responsibilities
- Operates the hydraulic excavator
- Discharges trucks of car carcasses and large pieces
- Monitors product quality and notifies management of non-conforming products
- Cuts non-ferrous materials on request
- Loads magnet metal trucks for foundries
- Performs material sorting
- Ensures maintenance of equipment and work areas
- Performs daily activity reports
- Occasionally cuts large metal pieces with a torch
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of the vehicle under responsibility
- Organized, responsible, and resourceful
- Strong teamwork skills
