Crane and Transport Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on cranes and transport vehicles
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize equipment performance
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities

Requirements

• Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Proven experience as a Crane and/or Transport Mechanic
• Current Australian driver's license (HR preferred)
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Ability to pass a medical and drug/alcohol screening
