Craftsman/Handyman

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile work, and minor plumbing
• Manage daily workflow by reviewing schedules and contacting customers to confirm appointments
• Use company mobile tools and apps to track work progress and updates
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain repair options and project expectations
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure all projects meet company quality standards

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of verifiable residential trade experience
• Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, or remodeling
• Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
• Reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred)
• Personal set of professional-grade tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using mobile technology for scheduling and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trade disciplines
• Knowledge of residential building codes and repair best practices
• Minor plumbing or electrical experience
