Craftsman/Handyman

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile work, and minor plumbing
• Deliver safe, clean, and professional workmanship on every project
• Manage daily workflow by reviewing schedules and contacting customers to confirm appointments
• Use company mobile tools and apps to track work progress and updates
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain repair options and project expectations
• Maintain professional standards by keeping work areas clean and organized

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of verifiable residential trade experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Possession of a personal set of professional-grade tools
• Reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred)
• Proficiency with mobile technology for scheduling and reporting
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trade disciplines
• Knowledge of residential building codes and repair best practices
• Minor plumbing or electrical experience
