Craftsman

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality handyman repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile work, and basic plumbing or electrical tasks
• Identify additional repair needs on-site and communicate potential services to customers to build confidence and expand project scope
• Maintain high standards of punctuality, efficiency, and integrity to ensure top customer satisfaction
• Complete jobs independently from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, homeowners, and suppliers

Requirements

• 5+ years of handyman experience with knowledge in multiple trades
• Ownership of a truck or van and necessary tools
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, presentable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a field-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ServiceTitan
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
