Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential and commercial repair tasks including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and light plumbing or electrical work
• Provide accurate estimates for time and materials needed for projects
• Communicate project progress and updates clearly with customers and office staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
• Document completed work and follow company safety standards and procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism during all client interactions

Requirements

• 3 to 10+ years of hands-on experience across multiple trades
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical repairs
• Ownership of standard trade tools required for daily tasks
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with smart home or home automation installations
• Previous customer-facing service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
