About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and optimize production equipment to ensure maximum performance and minimal disruption
- Carry out fault finding and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns
- Support both reactive and planned maintenance activities within a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives
- Drive site performance across safety, quality, service, cost, and sustainability standards
Requirements
- Qualified Electrical or Mechanical technician with a recognized apprenticeship
- Proven experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience in an FMCG environment is preferred
- Strong fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exposure to Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern
