About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview craft professionals in a high-volume, demanding environment.
- Manage a requisition load of 30-50 job openings simultaneously, including roles such as Equipment Operators, Pipelayers, and Heavy Equipment Mechanics.
- Proactively develop business relationships with Site Points of Contact and Project Operations.
- Utilize SuccessFactors ATS and various social media platforms to source top talent.
- Network to build talent pipelines through career fairs, conferences, and outreach activities.
- Extend job offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with Operations leaders to determine workforce planning needs and future project requirements.
- Train and guide hiring managers on recruiting processes and proper ATS utilization.
- Maintain knowledge of employment laws to ensure business compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting craft professionals in Infrastructure Construction.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment (targeting 20-30 hires per week).
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, including EEOC and FLSA.
- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, interview, and close candidates.
- Excellent communication, people skills, and critical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting craft hiring within the United States.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience in markets such as Oil and Gas, Industrial Facilities, Mining, or Power.
- Knowledge of both union and non-union craft management practices.
