About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume craft roles including Equipment Operators, Pipelayers, and Heavy Equipment Mechanics.
  • Manage a recruiting requisition load of 30-50 job openings simultaneously.
  • Proactively develop business relationships with Site Points of Contact and Project Operations.
  • Utilize SuccessFactors ATS and various social media platforms to source top talent.
  • Network to build talent pipelines through career fairs, conferences, and outreach activities.
  • Extend job offers and guide candidates through the full onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with Operations leaders to determine workforce planning needs and project expectations.
  • Train and guide hiring managers on proper utilization of the ATS and recruiting processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of employment laws to ensure business compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting craft professionals in Infrastructure Construction.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment (managing 20-30 hires per week).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, including EEOC and FLSA.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, people skills, and customer service abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting craft hiring within the United States.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in markets such as Oil and Gas, Mining, Power, or Water/Wastewater.
  • Knowledge of both union and non-union craft management practices.
