Craft Module Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sewing operations, including sewing, repairing, inspecting, packing, and shipping products
• Visually inspect material during the sewing process to identify defects
• Maintain satisfactory quality, production, and attendance levels
• Troubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as needed
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices
• Perform overtime as required to meet production needs

Requirements

• Basic math and reading skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of sewing operations and the ability to perform them
