CPU Engineering Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support hiring activities including new requisitions, backfills, and attrition tracking
• Prepare and maintain headcount, hiring, and workforce reports
• Manage and track Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) estimates for CPU projects
• Act as a point of contact for NRE-related questions and coordinate with engineering leads
• Assist with maintaining Level of Effort (LOE) models and resource planning data
• Provide operational support for team activities such as space coordination and travel support
• Track and follow up on action items from operational reviews and meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field
• OR Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience
• OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, data tracking, and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or program support
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on complex action items
