Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle to drive performance marketing growth
- Execute international client acquisition strategies
- Manage and optimize affiliate network relationships
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Coordinate with clients across various time zones including UK, US, and EU
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience working with international clients
- Familiarity with affiliate and performance marketing models (CPS, CPA, CPL)
- Hands-on experience with networks such as Awin, CJ, Impact, or Rakuten
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
- Experience with cold outreach via LinkedIn or email
- Basic technical understanding of tracking setups, including pixels and postback URLs
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
