CPM Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver medium-sized construction projects independently or contribute to large, complex construction lifecycles.
• Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Manage all necessary external parties and stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Liaise with business development, solutions design, operations, and finance teams to align solutions with business requirements.
• Lead construction activities and implement global processes in line with corporate guidelines and business strategy.
• Manage standardized project delivery, construction costing, tender evaluation, and due diligence processes.
• Monitor project status, quality criteria, costs, issue resolution, and risk mitigation for regional projects.
• Identify construction trends and headwinds by engaging with external sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• More than 2 years of experience in construction projects.
