Responsibilities

• Act as a representative for work supervision on major bridge and civil engineering projects
• Ensure all construction work complies with plans, specifications, and technical drawings
• Verify the application of contractor work methods and site safety rules
• Coordinate between technical stakeholders, including designers, laboratories, and clients
• Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with project partners
• Produce detailed site activity reports and perform work follow-ups
• Reconcile completed quantities with contractors and recommend necessary additional work
• Assist with administrative project controls, including monthly payment requests and budget tracking
• Participate in the production of final project reports and "as-built" documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ) standards
