Responsibilities

• Act as a representative for work supervision to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Verify the application of contractor work methods on-site
• Coordinate between technical stakeholders, including designers, laboratories, and clients
• Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with project partners
• Produce detailed site activity reports and perform work follow-ups
• Reconcile completed quantities with contractors and recommend additional work when necessary
• Assist with administrative project controls, including monthly payment requests, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure strict adherence to site safety regulations
• Participate in the production of final project reports and "as-built" documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BAC) in Civil Engineering
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Membership with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Strong knowledge of Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ) standards
