About the Company
Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. We are a small, in-person team in New York City, growing rapidly following a $15M Series A.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Implementation team during customer onboarding to configure dispute workflows
- Help new customers migrate and clean up historical dispute and deduction data
- Train customer teams on how to manage disputes within the Confido platform
- Act as the dispute-resolution expert within the broader Customer Success relationship
- Help CS managers explain dispute trends, aging, and recovery performance to customers
- Surface patterns across customers' disputes to the Product team to improve automation
- Help test and validate new dispute-related features before they ship
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in deductions, trade promotion finance, accounts receivable, or similar CPG/retail-adjacent operations
- Ability to work in the details of retailer/distributor documentation and reconcile discrepancies
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on root cause analysis
- Ability to work onsite in NYC 5 days a week

- Experience with CPG trade, deductions, or AR systems
