About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for patients with sleep-disordered breathing
  • Provide guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
  • Educate patients and families regarding sleep disorders and treatment options
  • Offer follow-up appointments and ongoing support for newly diagnosed and existing patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to create tailored treatment plans
  • Promote and upsell product ranges and services
  • Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment and manage administrative tasks including stock management

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience in customer service across all stages of interaction
  • A keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
  • Valid Australian working rights
