CPAP Therapy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients with sleep-disordered breathing
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
• Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients
• Educate patients and families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and treatment options
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to create tailored treatment plans
• Promote and upsell the product range and services
• Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments
• Strong customer service skills across all stages of interaction
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• A keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
