CPAP Therapy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients at the Bondi clinic
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for patients with sleep-disordered breathing
• Provide expert guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
• Educate patients and their families regarding sleep disorders and available treatment options
• Offer follow-up appointments and ongoing support for newly diagnosed and existing patients
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to create tailored treatment plans
• Promote and upsell the product range and services to meet patient needs
• Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment to ensure high standards of care

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment
• Strong customer service skills across all stages of client interaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• A keen interest in CPAP therapy and the sleep medicine discipline
