About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of trade marketing components within category annual plans and the contract process
- Analyze market dynamics and consumer insights by channel to inform strategic trade marketing decisions
- Lead business planning meetings to establish sales quotas and accomplish annual plans
- Influence and suggest investments in category building blocks to ensure execution excellence at the point of sale
- Monitor competitor commercial activities to identify business opportunities or potential brand threats
- Collaborate with multi-category teams to provide actionable channel insights regarding innovation, promotions, portfolio, and pricing

- Proven experience in category planning and delivering growth through category leadership
- Strong business planning skills with the ability to maximize revenue growth
