Covers Finishing - Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate casemaker, embosser, and cutter machines to produce quality products
• Read and follow detailed instructions from assigned job tickets
• Meet specific quality specifications and productivity requirements
• Set up, run, and maintain assigned machinery and workspace
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift, carry, or exert objects of reasonable weight
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Covers Finishing
