Responsibilities

• Manage the repair process from receiving defective products to restocking
• Control and sort defective bags and products
• Perform various repairs including zip replacements, snaps, and complex stitching on backpacks and clothing
• Track repairs and manage spare parts needs
• Identify and package products
• Perform basic maintenance on machines and tools
• Participate in in-store repair and customization events
• Identify quality issues and propose repair solutions
• Assist the R&D team in improving product repairability

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Specialization in sewing and alterations using industrial machines
• Experience with technical textiles and complex products like backpacks
• Mastery of manual sewing and various sewing machines
• High manual dexterity for handling different fabrics and materials
• Knowledge of textile characteristics, materials, and threads
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
